Meet the founder

Keith Schoen, also known as Jimmy Moon or MOON, began his career in New York City studying film at the School of Visual Arts before moving to Los Angeles to work at Creative Artists Agency, the world’s largest talent agency. From there, he launched his own company, Schoen Entertainment, where he managed actors, writers, and producers across film and entertainment.

Later, Keith relocated to Nashville to be closer to his parents and, in 2024, founded Visionaries Live a creator-first TikTok Live agency built on growth, opportunity, and community.

In less than three years, Visionaries Live has grown into one of the top-performing agencies on TikTok, consistently ranked among the top 50 and often considered top 10 out of more than 500 agencies worldwide. With 500+ creators and growing, the agency has become home to a thriving network of streamers building real income and long-term success through live streaming.

Keith built Visionaries Live on one core belief: diversity and inclusion are what make the agency special. More than just a business, Visionaries is a family a place where misfits, creatives, entrepreneurs, and go-getters from all walks of life come together to grow, support one another, and win together.
